Getting Chilly!

Hey y'all!
It's getting chilly out here. Must be that time of year again. The time where everyone gains at least 10lbs. of clothing just to try to stay warm.
I am pondering a question that I will send to cyberspace. Is there really a difference between partly sunny and partly cloudy? Shouldn't they be the same? It's like the glass half empty or half full, I guess. Optimist or Pessimist?

Thank you for the compliment. I was very blessed to find that dress. It was as close to Ariel's as I could find and it was reasonably priced (added bonus). I love your work. Ariel and Aurora are my all time favorites!
